  • All laundry is processed by total weight. Individual items are not counted or tracked separately.

  • We are not responsible for changes that may occur from regular laundering, including normal fabric wear, fading, or shrinkage.

  • Items that require special handling, delicate care, or specific cleaning methods are cleaned at the customer’s risk.

  • Smart Bubbles Laundry Cafe reserves the right to decline service for any item we determine cannot be safely or properly cleaned.

  • While we do our best, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

  • Customers are responsible for checking any pockets and bags. We are not liable for damage to or loss of personal belongings or non-washable items left inside clothing, such as cash, jewelry, or other valuables.
